Dino Direct offered a great price for an Adroid tablet. Compliants: 1).

item not as advertised 2). device malfunctioned within 35 days of purchase 3). Contacted after receiving item that didn't fit description (promised solution from Dino, not handled) 4). I paid the prepaid return package fee w/initial order (Dino will not honor, states price of shipping to high 5).

took picture and video as requested, chatted, emailed, etc, to date no resolution, my son's birtday present ruined.

Dino Direct has the poor customer service & they do not honor their sales. Worse experience I have ever had

Monetary Loss: $161.
